Cancellations made more than 14 days before the programme start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days may be transferred to a future date. No refunds are available for cancellations within 48 hours of the programme start.
We reserve the right to change programme dates, venues, or facilitators. In such cases, registered participants will be notified and offered alternative arrangements or a full refund.
